Al tempo fu regolarmente presentata la pratica agli istituti (genio civile e catasto) e sono state ottenute le
autorizzazioni. Volendo può eseguirsi una successiva fusione dei subalterni.
La parte inferiore può ottenere l’abitabilità come è stata ottenuta da altri immobili uguali e dei vicini siti
allo stesso livello. Ci sono i coefficienti aereo illuminanti come da richiesta preliminare fatta presso gli
